Purchasing Options Explained

There are three different purchasing options for each image. Which one you choose depends on the desired use for the image

Personal Use covers any uses where the image will only be viewed by you and your friends and family. This includes if you want to have a print made of the image to hang up at home, print it on something to give as a gift such as a mug or cushion, use it as a screensaver on your phone or computer.

Non Profit Use covers any use of the image which is not intended to make money but does involve displaying the image publicly. This can include using the image in a school or college assignment, displaying it in a PowerPoint presentation to show at work or school, making a print to hang in a public space such as a workplace, or posting it online. This includes using parts of the image in a composite image, for example superimposing yourself into a photo to post on social media.

Commercial Use covers any use of the image which is intended to make a profit. This includes printing the image in a book , magazine, or other printed media, using it in an advertisement such as on a billboard or a poster, or posting on an online store such as this one. 

Please Note images are not royalty free. The download fee must be paid for every use of the image in this category. If, for example you have previously printed the image in a magazine and wish to print it in another issue, you must pay the fee again.
